As long as the mind is comparing, there is no love, and the mind is always judging, comparing, weighing, looking to find out where the weakness is. So, where there is comparison, there is no love. When the mother and father love their children, they do not compare them; they do not compare their child with another child; it is their child and they love their child. But you want to compare yourself with something better, with something nobler, with something richer, so you create in yourself a lack of love. You are all the time concerned with yourself in relationship to somebody else. So, as the mind becomes more and more comparative, more and more possessive, more and more depending, it creates a pattern in which it gets caught, so it cannot look at anything anew, afresh, and so it destroys that very thing, that very perfume of life, which is love.

Leaking Rust

The past few months were crazy, but here's what surfaced. Some of you might still remember this title from this spring. No worryes,"Leaking rust" is the name, and its the 1st book from a possible series of 3 that has no name it, or does it!

 Some of you might still remember it from this spring when it first surfaced, since them a lot of time has been put in developing the story as a hole.

No use wasting your time on reminiscing, here's what you need to know so far!

I decided to make this post to let you know what's what and what's "Leaking Rust" more important.

First of all, as i said, "leaking rust" is the ice breaker in this series. The action is going to revolve around a set of characters that happen to enter a new world. Nothing different here, seen it in tons of stories.

What's so special about this you might ask. Well, in a sense everything is special and counts very little in comparison to the situation in which the characters are placed.

The book is gonna start of with 6 characters, strangers from one another, more or less. Going about their lives on the mega cruise ship named " L.K.N. Trust ". Sitting dead in the water for almost 200 years, the ship started of as a voyage to a new world and a new life for everybody, nobody expected that the ship will one day become their entire world. Due to it's isolation, the ship, has become their land and nothing else exists other then the fish swimming around them. Routine on the ship is as thick as the smoke pumped from allover, when something disrupts this blissful coma, but only a few are conciously aware of it.

So far i introduced to you two of the characters "Hertz" and "Octo", and a couple of more to follow.

In the upcoming months I am gonna keep you posted on how all of this gets the shape of a graphic novel.

So far a publisher hasn't been decided on.

Bitta Generation in Pančevo

Yes, yes, it was, and something happened there, a bunch of people from outside of this little heavy polluted town were wondering around for a week from factory to waste dump, looking for something. At the end of last week, people could see what they were looking for in an exhibition held in Electrica. This is only a fragment from me.

A short i did for the Distorted mirror comic anthology

the story is based on a dream i had 3 years ago, that, for some reason, sticked to my mind till this day :), i had fun with it. I finished the comic in 2 day's time, was a rough trial, but i managed it. More comic and comic previews will come in the next days, i hope, I'm almost finished with to other comics I'm working on, "the tobacco traders" and "eye of the falling man"

About two weeks ago i got back from Comixiade comics jam, in Pancevo, Serbia . This two frames are from two stories i worked on, actually on one of them I'm still working. Probably somewhere around the middle of December you can see all of them posted on the comixiade site.  For "how fun it was" information you can visit their page on facebook. It was!

And productive, specially after I returned, i can still feel the ripple effect :).
